Dune Restoration Trust
The Dune Restoration Trust is a charitable trust formed in 2007 to continue the work of the Coastal Dune Vegetation Network.  It facilitates research in dune ecosystems, is a  network for information on sustainable management of dune ecosystems and aims to promote awareness of proven methods for restoration, conservation and sustainable management.  The trust also holds an annual conference.

Environmental Defence Society
EDS is a not-for-profit organisation that advocates for the environment with the commitment to improving New Zealandís environmental outcomes. It publishes useful information that can be either downloaded from the website or ordered at reasonable cost. EDS holds annual conferences which attract a wide range of professions involved in resource management.
